1. Purpose and Scope

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between KinPets SAS, 14 rue des Tilleuls, 75011 Paris, France (SIRET 918 234 567 00012), and any person making a purchase via the website. Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these GTC.

2. Prices

Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included. KinPets SAS reserves the right to modify its prices, with the applicable price being that in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

3. Order and Payment

The order is validated after shopping cart confirmation and acceptance of the GTC. Payment is made online via a secure platform.

4. Delivery

Orders are shipped to metropolitan France and internationally, depending on product availability. Delivery times vary according to items and suppliers, and are indicated for informational purposes on each product sheet at the time of order.

5. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with articles L221-18 and following of the Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal.

6. Returns and Refunds

Any non-conforming product may be returned within 14 days. Refunds are made using the same payment method, within 14 days of receipt of the return.

7. Legal Guarantees

All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects.

8. Applicable Law and Disputes

These GTC are subject to French law. In the absence of an amicable resolution, French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
